The Buna spring

The Buna erupts from a cavern at the base of a 200-metre cliff, producing a powerful emerald river almost instantly. It’s one of the most photogenic spots in Herzegovina.

The tekke

The tekke (tekija) is a 15th-century Bektashi Dervish monastery built into the rock above the spring. Visitors can look inside the small prayer room and walk the terrace over the water.
