Contact Us
One inbox, read by the people who write the pages. If a figure on this site is wrong, we would rather hear about it than not.
What to send, and where
Corrections, outdated fees, dead booking links and caption errors all go to editorial@mostartrip.com. To let us act on it in one pass, include:
- the page URL;
- the exact sentence you believe is wrong;
- what you believe is correct, and the source if you have one.
We check it against the primary source — the institution that sets the fee or rule, or the operator’s own timetable — and if it holds we change the page and move its reviewed date. Where a figure was wrong, the page says what changed.
What we cannot help with
We do not hold bookings, cannot move a date, and cannot answer questions that depend on live conditions. For those, the operator named on the page or the relevant border authority is the right route — and faster.
Questions we get asked
Can you book, change or cancel a tour for me?
No. We are not a booking agent and we do not hold your reservation. Bookings are made with the operator named on the page; changes, date moves and refunds have to go through whoever you paid. The confirmation email for your booking will name them.
How do I get a factual error corrected?
Send the page URL, the exact sentence you believe is wrong, what you think is correct, and a source if you have one — ideally the institution that sets the fee or rule, or the operator’s own timetable. We check it against the primary source and, if it holds, change the page and move its reviewed date.
A tour on your site no longer runs. What should I send?
The page URL and the product name is enough. We re-verify the link and either replace it with one that does run or remove the recommendation, then update the page.
Do you accept paid placement or sponsored posts?
No. We do not sell positions in lists, take payment for a recommendation, or publish sponsored content. The only commercial arrangement on this site is affiliate commission, explained on the about page.
Do you give personalised itineraries?
Not as a service. We do not plan trips for individual readers, and we cannot answer questions that depend on live conditions — road works, border queues, whether a specific operator has space next Tuesday. The pages answer the stable questions; the operator or the border authority answers the live ones.
